The AABWA (Australian Asian Business Women’s Association) in collaboration with ACME (Australian Council for Multicultural Entrepreneurs) held the sixth series of the annual event "Bringing Out the Best in You". The aim was to bring forward insights on personal growth, positive influence, and success strategies in the evolving dynamics of our world.
The event on August 3rd, 2023 was held at the RACV City Club in Melbourne, featuring a panel discussion, a sumptuous two-course meal, entertainment by Shu-Cheen Yu and lucky draws throughout the night.
A stellar panel of three successful businesswomen, Christian Chia, Sofie Carfi, and Dr Christine Wang, graced the event, each bringing a wealth of knowledge and diverse experiences from their respective fields.
Christina Chia: A corporate executive in the education sector, Christina is much more than her title. With over 60,000 followers on Instagram, she's a force to be reckoned with in the realm of positive lifestyle advocacy.
Sofie Carfi: The dynamic founder and manager of Revival Runway', a not-for-profit volunteer organization, Sofie's mission is to promote independent Australian designers. She is also dedicated to serving the elderly community as a lifestyle and leisure volunteer at BlueCross Aged Care.
Dr Christine Wang: With an astounding 27+ years of experience under her belt, Dr. Wang is a maestro in designing and delivering leadership development programs, especially in the China and Asia-Pacific regions.
The event was a resounding success, providing attendees with practical insights and strategies to bring out their best selves. The unique perspectives offered by each speaker left the audience not just informed but also inspired to drive change in their personal and professional lives.
